Yes — Papercron is an early-stage software & AI lab. Our team is a mix of computer-science students and master's-level engineers, with hands-on research experience from university labs and 5+ years of work at technology companies in South Korea. We're young as a company, senior in the work we ship.

Not yet — we operate as a fully-remote team and run almost everything online. That said, if you'd like to discuss a project face-to-face, we're happy to meet you in person in South Korea or Vietnam. Just let us know in your message.

No upfront payment is required before we begin. Your satisfaction comes first — depending on the contract, we collect fees in milestone-based installments or after delivery. For some engagements, we also support installment plans tied to the software-development phases, so payment scales with progress instead of arriving as one big bill.

Most engagements start within 5–10 business days of a signed agreement. Smaller scoping sprints can begin in 48 hours.

Yes. We can sign yours, or we can send ours — whichever moves faster. Confidentiality is the default for every conversation.

We follow a six-phase process from discovery through trial and delivery. Most projects run 6–16 weeks, with weekly demos and transparent reporting.

Absolutely. We embed alongside in-house engineers and follow your code review, security, and deployment standards.
