Fully remote, async by default
Work from anywhere. We default to writing — proposals, decisions, RFCs — so meetings stay rare and useful.

We pick projects worth doing properly — and give the team the time and trust to get them right. You won’t be rushed into shortcuts.

We’d rather ship one thing well than three things badly. Reviews, evals, and retros are non-negotiable.

The process
Four steps. Two weeks, typically.

Intro call
30 minutes with a founder. We learn about you, you ask anything you want about us. Mutual.
- 02
Take-home or portfolio review
Engineers: a small take-home (3–5 hours, paid). Designers / others: we review work you’ve already done.
- 03
Working session
A 90-minute session pairing on something realistic — code, design, or system design. No trick questions.
- 04
Offer & onboarding
References, offer, contract — all moves fast once we’re aligned. Most candidates finish in two weeks.
